Strategy Sessions
The purpose of the Strategy Session is to provide a monthly check-in with a Mentor who will guide you through an evaluation process to help you determine what is working in your business, what is not working and what you might do differently in order to get the results you desire.
What is a Strategy Session?
Strategy Sessions are 1-on-1 coaching calls, conducted monthly, and last about 45 minutes.
These calls are led by Attraction Marketing’s specially trained Mentors with a focus on overall business strategy, mindset, and incremental growth and results for your business.
Your first Strategy Session will be scheduled immediately after your welcome call. Future sessions will be scheduled at the end of each session using a booking page that your mentor will provide you.
How to Prepare for the Call
Prior to each Strategy Session, be sure to review the following:
- Current metrics from your Facebook accounts (likes, follows) and your ads (leads, commissions)
- Any action items you were assigned from the previous month’s Session
- Commitments you made on the previous month’s Session
- 3 things that are currently working in your business (as it pertains to the action items and commitments)
- 2 things that are not working; focus ONLY on the 2 biggest barriers to your success
- Submit a pre-call questionnaire 48 hours or more in advance of your Strategy Session. The form can be found HERE and at the bottom of your Strategy Session email reminder.
NOTE: You will not likely have any action items or commitments on your initial Strategy Session.If you have metrics, be sure to note them and bring them to the call.
Be sure to be in front of your computer for each call. Each call will be conducted by your Mentor using Zoom, a video conferencing service that will allow screen sharing, face-to-face video if desired, and recording of the entire session.

Most important, come with a purpose for the call and a desired outcome for the next 30 days.
Your Mentor is excited to work with you to create tangible action items and a simple plan for you to get real results in your business over the next month.
Come ready to learn and a clear intention for what you want to achieve in the next 30 days!
What to expect from the Strategy Session
Each Strategy Session is scheduled to last 45 minutes. However, you and your Mentor may need to go beyond that time frame in order to get the clarity and specific steps identified for you to move forward from the call.
Since each call will be recorded and the recording uploaded to your personal coaching file, you will be able to review each Strategy Session as many times as you wish.
While your Mentors are there to listen to your concerns and guide you through the challenges (and victories!) in your business, these calls are designed to get you into ACTION mode.
Your Mentor will approach each call with a great deal of care and concern, and their focus is on helping you move forward.
Effective mentorship is not about coddling and hand-holding, but rather, about getting you resourceful and clear on the steps you must take in order to get the results you want from your business.
So expect to be challenged! Expect to be pushed beyond your current level of performance…
And come ready to immediately implement what you learn in these powerful Sessions into your Business!

- Anything tactical you are discussing in your Strategy sessions you want help with (except Tech related)

Each session is 30 minutes. This is your opportunity to get help setting up your websites, funnels etc. Calls do not roll over so use them as and when needed even if small questions or things keeping you stuck.
