Strategy Sessions

The purpose of the Strategy Session is to provide a monthly check-in with a Mentor who will guide you through an evaluation process to help you determine what is working in your business, what is not working and what you might do differently in order to get the results you desire.

What is a Strategy Session?

Strategy Sessions are 1-on-1 coaching calls, conducted monthly, and last about 45 minutes.

These calls are led by Attraction Marketing’s specially trained Mentors with a focus on overall business strategy, mindset, and incremental growth and results for your business.

Your first Strategy Session will be scheduled immediately after your welcome call. Future sessions will be scheduled at the end of each session using a booking page that your mentor will provide you.

How to Prepare for the Call

Prior to each Strategy Session, be sure to review the following:

• Current metrics from your Facebook accounts (likes, follows) and your ads (leads, commissions)
• Any action items you were assigned from the previous month’s Session
• Commitments you made on the previous month’s Session
• 3 things that are currently working in your business (as it pertains to the action items and commitments)
• 2 things that are not working; focus ONLY on the 2 biggest barriers to your success
• Submit a pre-call questionnaire 48 hours or more in advance of your Strategy Session. The form can be found HERE and at the bottom of your Strategy Session email reminder.

NOTE: You will not likely have any action items or commitments on your initial Strategy Session.If you have metrics, be sure to note them and bring them to the call.

Be sure to be in front of your computer for each call. Each call will be conducted by your Mentor using Zoom, a video conferencing service that will allow screen sharing, face-to-face video if desired, and recording of the entire session.

Most important, come with a purpose for the call and a desired outcome for the next 30 days.

Your Mentor is excited to work with you to create tangible action items and a simple plan for you to get real results in your business over the next month.

What to expect from the Strategy Session

Each Strategy Session is scheduled to last 45 minutes. However, you and your Mentor may need to go beyond that time frame in order to get the clarity and specific steps identified for you to move forward from the call.

Since each call will be recorded and the recording uploaded to your personal coaching file, you will be able to review each Strategy Session as many times as you wish.

While your Mentors are there to listen to your concerns and guide you through the challenges (and victories!) in your business, these calls are designed to get you into ACTION mode.

Your Mentor will approach each call with a great deal of care and concern, and their focus is on helping you move forward.

Effective mentorship is not about coddling and hand-holding, but rather, about getting you resourceful and clear on the steps you must take in order to get the results you want from your business.

So expect to be challenged! Expect to be pushed beyond your current level of performance…

Graduation from the Fast-Track To Freedom Elevation Level I program occurs in 2 ways:

Let’s begin by getting into a cornerstone philosophy that we follow at Attraction Marketing called “Education Based Selling…”

Before we get into running traffic and building out your funnel, it’s important we discuss the philosophy of “Education Based Selling.”

Education based selling is what makes the approach we’re using so unique and different from what almost everyone else is doing.

Your entire funnel is going to be presented in such a way that you actually deliver a highly valuable experience right from the start.

So instead of thinking about selling your prospect, you’re going to help them become more educated about the best way to get the desired result they want.

So, instead of doing what almost everyone does, where they try and sell, sell, sell…

You’re going to gain goodwill and trust from your prospect and they’re going to really appreciate you for helping them.

Therefore, when you do make an offer, they’ll actually appreciate you for it.

Push Marketing vs. Attraction Marketing

This is the difference between “push marketing” and “attraction marketing.”

With the former, you’re trying to “push” your prospect through your funnel and persuade them using gimmicks and relying on scarcity and fear.

Now, there’s nothing wrong with employing scarcity, but there’s a cool way to do it that isn’t nearly as pushy or icky feeling.

While the 99% are struggling, begging, calling, hoping, wishing and praying…

The 1% are hosting events, doing consultations, creating useful content, employing direct response advertising and offering educational resources that are useful, helpful and relevant to their target market, thus they’re perceived as highly valuable teachers that can help their prospects in their own journey.

We can go on and on talking about the very simple things the 1% do that the 99% do not.

And there are 99%ers and 1%ers in every single industry.

The difference is, the 1%ers are focused on becoming more valuable and solving problems, and they lead with value by employing education based selling.

So with that, let’s go ahead and begin with The 7-Step Millionaire Formula…

This is the Formula we’re going to follow throughout this program.

When you attend one of Fast-Track Workshops, you’ll be introduced to the 7-Step Millionaire Formula.

This is a concept Tim Erway (Attraction Marketing’s Founder and CEO) came up with years ago to help plot out a 7-Figure business from the ground up.

Here it is:

1. Find a need or problem
2. Find or create a unique solution
3. Build a sales system (Funnel)
4. Give away free value (Attract)
5. Create an irresistible offer (Convert)
6. Serve them well and often (Repeat)

STEP 1: Find a need or problem

If you are a Network Marketer, you discovered that Network Marketing Professionals need more leads and more cash for their business.

STEP 2: Find or create a unique solution

The solution is the Attraction Marketing system that helps Network Marketing Professionals generate more leads and get more cash for their business.

STEPS 3 – 7

The Fast-Track To Freedom Elevation Level I Program consists of taking you through:

Before we get into building out your sales and marketing system, we want to “jump-start” you on a path to getting results quickly.

You will start off by sending traffic directly to pages on the Attraction Marketing website (attractionmarketing.com).

After you learn how to place and track ads, you’ll move into setting up your own sales system, creating your own offers, giving away amazing value, and making premium value offers.

So let’s get started with running traffic…

In the “Education Based Selling” section, we discussed our primary focus is to add value before asking for anything in return.

This includes asking for an email address, a “like” or anything that requires the prospect to give something to you.

Remember – give VALUE first and in return, they might reciprocate. 🙂

We carry this philosophy in our traffic strategy as well.

In the past, marketers were able to send traffic directly to a capture page – like this:

The ad would link directly to a capture page where the prospect would enter their email in exchange for something of value.

However, the capture page didn’t provide much value. It was a tease for something that they would get AFTER the prospect gives something to the marketer.

The “Value-Based” Way of Marketing

We recommend doing things a bit differently.

Rather than sending the prospect to a capture page, we send them to a valuable piece of content.

The content will provide valuable information to the prospect and then, if the prospect wants more information, they will “opt-in” by entering their email address onto a “pop-up” on the blog or be taken directly to a capture page.

Here’s how the “value-based way” works:

Ferny Ceballos goes over this value-based approach in the next section below.

Ferny Ceballos, Attraction Marketing’s Chief Marketing Officer, shares the “Un-Advertising” approach to this Value-Based way of marketing.

He was able to run a single ad on Facebook that produced $141,246 in sales.

This is the exact strategy we’re going to use throughout this Fast-Track Roadmap.

Now that you’re familiar with the process for this value-based approach, the very first step in the process is going to be writing an effective ad.

In this training, Ferny goes over the process for how to write a great Facebook ad along with diving into all of the basic types of ads, copy approaches, and copy styles. He concludes the training with ad reviews from students.

Ad Copy Guidelines

You’re going to be writing an ad that goes directly to one of the Attraction Marketing Blog posts using your affiliate link.

Here’s how you’ll want to get your unique link:

1. Select the blog post you want to promote on the Attraction Marketing Blog. We recommend using a post categorized in the “Attraction Marketing” section. You can see all of them here. 
2. Copy the URL in the address bar
3. Visit the “Affiliate Links” page
4. Click on the “URL Shortener” button
5. Paste the URL into the “Link” Text field
6. Click on “Generate Link”
7. The link is automatically copied to the clipboard. You can now paste the link directly into your Facebook Ads manager.

There is also a list of your links that you created under the “All Links (Unsorted)” in the dropdown menu in the URL Shortener table.

In order to run Facebook ads effectively, you’ll need to know your metrics. As our mentor Keith Cunningham says “what gets measured, get improved.”

You can only improve what you measure which is what makes knowing your metrics mandatory.

Know Your Metrics

Social Content Strategy

Here’s the strategy you’ll be following:

1. All leads/sales get Facebook notifications
2. Weekly Video from AM on Monday
   • Share using your affiliate id
   • Share the latest blog post
3. Daily Dose of Awesome Facebook Lives (weekdays)
4. 2 new blog posts – twice per week
5. Your own Facebook Lives and/or Blog

This strategy is going to allow you to start getting results while you ramp up your paid advertising.

Running an effective advertising campaign has 3 parts:

1. Grow
2. Engage
3. Promote
4. Appreciate

First you’re going to Grow your audience.

Second, you’re going to Engage that audience.

Next, you’re going to Promote to that audience.

And finally, you are going to Appreciate that audience by going above and beyond to offer more value through video chats, phone calls, answering questions over FB messenger, and so on.

The first step in sharing your message with people is to develop an audience that wants to hear from you.

Once you create that audience, it allows you to reach out to them anytime you like.

We recommend creating this audience using Facebook “Likes” ads.

Set Up A New Ad Account And Page Like Campaign

Your Facebook Engagement strategy supports your Promotional Strategy.

When planning your posts for Facebook Organic Engagement you should keep in mind the type of ads that you have set up. Consistency is always better than volume. Do not start posting to your fan page 5 times a day and then next month drop to once a day. This will impact the way Facebook views your page and it can (but not necessarily will) have an impact on your advertising spend.

Every 30 days, you’ll want to consistently check your Facebook Insights to determine three things:

1. When you should be posting on your Fan Page based on your fan’s behavior on Facebook.
2. Which posts are performing better in order to change the balance of posts.
3. How engagement has changed on your page – i.e reactions, comments, shares.

Like everything else, Facebook Engagement starts with knowing what your Avatar is interested in and what value you have to offer them.

On a weekly basis, you’ll want to keep a balance between Promotional type posts and Value based posts.

You should be posting a mix of posts that will be seen throughout the day when your fans are on Facebook.

Also post 3 to 5 times per day. The internet is on 24/7 so ensure that you have a presence 24/7.

Planning and Scheduling

Planning your content and scheduling ahead saves a lot of time. Or you can always outsource these activities.

Once your content is posted to Facebook, spend 15 to 20 minutes in the morning and evening reviewing any comments on your posts and responding to messages.This is an important part of organic engagement that most entrepreneurs fail at because it cannot be automated.

Remember you are developing a relationship with your fans as such they want to hear from you.

Set a timer and focus strictly on answering messages, comments and reviews on your page.

In the beginning, 15 minutes may seem like too much time, but as your page grows and your fans become more engaged you may have to cap this activity at 30 mins a day. Once you’ve responded to a comment, message or review within 24 hours you are doing great!

Use the 80/20 rule of thumb for posting content:

• 80% of your posts should add value to your prospects life through: Facebook Lives (which will be discussed later in the “Influence and Traffic” section) Inspirational and Motivational quotes,videos or memes
• Status updates and Questions
• Lifestyle Photos or Power Posts
• Team Recognition Posts
• The other 20% of your posts are promotional type posts and often include links. Examples include: Blog posts to the Attraction Marketing Blog or PageCreateorPro.com
• Capture Pages or Offers
• Webinar Registrations
  Invitations to a Private Group

Remember the rule “Always be selling, but don’t sell too much”

Your first 90 days in this program is about testing ads. Be prepared to play around in Facebook and drive traffic to the Attraction Marketing blog posts that we provide.

Right now, we have several interests that we recommend using, which work great, however, they will eventually get tired and overused. It will be up to you to test and experiment with new interest groups and appealing to those that want to hear what you have to share!

You can start by writing down what you are personally interested in…

There very well may be some overlap between your interests and what it is specifically you are offering. If you’re in MLM, there is a lot more to MLM than just products. There are people with real interests that you can target. In fact, when you run your ads, Facebook will automatically suggest other interests.

Other people have targeted MLM companies directly. Be careful not to target your own MLM company, you would be stealing reps from other distributors – most MLMs don’t like that. And it really just isn’t a cool thing to do anyway.

NOTE: if you’re a beginner and do not have results, this is critical…

DO NOT ADVERTISE TO A CAPTURE PAGE! You must send all Facebook ads to a valuable piece of content on the AttractionMarketing.com blog or the PageCreatorPro.com blog that you control. Valuable content is king and you must follow this rule. If you don’t, you will get your Facebook account shut down!

The 5 Powerful Elements Your Facebook Posts MUST Contain to Passively Attract Prospects, Customers, & Recruits

In order to properly evaluate your Facebook ad campaigns, you’re going to need metrics.

We recommend getting the metrics you see below in order to evaluate if the ad should keep running or if you should change the copy, change the image, or change the page where you’re sending the traffic to.

Here are the metrics you’ll want to look at:

• Total spent – The estimated total amount of money you’ve spent on your campaign, ad set or ad during its schedule.
• Link clicks – The number of clicks on ad links to select destinations or experiences, on or off Facebook-owned properties.
• CTR (Link) – Click Through Rate – indicates how many times people clicked on a link in your ad compared to how many times they saw it. It is a common metric used by online advertisers to understand how ads drive traffic to websites and other destinations.
• Cost Per Click (Link) – how much, on average, each link click costs you. CPC is a metric used in the online advertising industry for benchmarking ad efficiency and performance.
• Relevance score – Your relevance score estimates how well your ad is resonating with the people you want to reach. The higher your ad’s relevance score, the better it’s considered to be performing. When your ad’s relevance score is high, it’s more likely than other ads to be shown to your target audience.
• Leads – The number of form responses submitted after people clicked on your ads.
• Cost Per Lead – The total amount spent divided by the number of leads.
• Sales – The total number of sales generated from this ad.
  Cost Per Sale – The total amount spent divided by the number of sales.
• Type of Ad – Page Likes, Page Post Engagement, Image, Video, Clicks to Website
  Countries targeted – Name the specific countries targeted in the ad.
• Ages targeted – Name the specific ages targeted in the ad.
• Gender Targeted – Name the specific gender(s) targeted in the ad.
• Interests targeted – Name the specific interests targeted in the ad.

When you have your ads reviewed, you can visit this page.

Be sure to fill it out in its entirety to get the most out of your ad review!

Your ads should have the following targets:

1. Reach of 3,000 reach or more
2. Click Through Rate (CTR) should be at 2% or higher
3. The ad should have a relevancy score of 7 or higher
4. You can spend $20 to $30 and see if the ad is effective
5. Need over 100 clicks and 1,000 impressions
6. Cost Per Click – .50 or lower
7. Cost Per Lead – Anything under $5 is good
8. Cost Per Acquisition (AKA Cost Per Sale) – 1 sale per 15 leads based on your funnel as a whole. Cost should be under $70.

The Audience, Reach, Relevancy, Click Through Rate, and Cost Per Click all have to do with the effectiveness of the ad itself.

1. 1. Look at your image – Could the image be changed out? What’s another image I might use to test?
   2. Look at your headline – Could it be more compelling? Have your tried writing multiple headlines and have you picked the best one? Refer to “The Headline Writing Exercise” that was done at The No Excuses Summit. This is an incredibly powerful way to write a great headline. Once you know the process, it won’t take long to create a new headline on demand.
   3. Look at your copy – Could this be more compelling? We’re referring to the copy underneath the image. Have you read the copy OUT LOUD? Reading it out loud is an effective way to see if the copy flows and it’s readable. Also, have you checked for typos or misspellings?

Keep in mind that the Click Through Rate will also be lower if the ad is a story.

If the Cost Per Lead is high, the breakdown is in the blog post and/or the capture page

If the Cost Per Acquisition is high, look at your thank you video and follow-up sequence to see how you might improve them to inspire more people to buy.

Not everyone in your audience will see your Live. In fact, that’s a good thing when you first get started. It’s less stressful when you know not a lot of people are watching. 😉

After you complete your live, you can “boost” it to your audience just like any other ad. Once you build more engagement with your audience and also create an email list, you’ll be able to reach more people when you go live on your Facebook Fan Page.

Now let’s break this down…

The Technical Details

1. You only need your smart-phone and a tripod. If you don’t have a tripod do not let this stop you, get a selfie stick, or your arm will do for now.
2. Hold your phone horizontal, this fills the entire screen instead of leaving the grey or black on the sides. Like this:
   
3. Have the camera above your eye level… you will feel like you are looking up. This is the way that works for the best for connecting with people.
4. Look at the camera, NOT AT YOURSELF. When you look at the hole in the phone you are looking at the people on the other side.
5. Make sure your phone is fully charged!
6. Make sure your face is well lit. You want to be sure that your audience can see you. 🙂

The Content… What do I talk about?

The best way to get content is to invest, learn, put your spin on it, and share.

• Invest: Watch leaders content. Anything you are learning with Attraction Marketing you can turn around and teach it as it.
• Learn: Learn the content, jot down the main idea and how you can share it with your followers.
• Put your spin on it: Turn the content into your own, by using different words and the main idea… If you want to just share the content as is, always reference the original author.
• Share: Go Live and deliver the content.

Bill Pescosolido, one of our expert contributors to our Insider Monthly publication, said:

“No one cares about your story until they know, like, and trust you. Cold traffic ads should be about engaging and asking people about them – stay focused on what’s in it for them. Don’t share your personal story until later.”

Stay focused, and have your story ready to share, but only when the time is right.

Becoming an effective leader requires critical thinking and being able to move past obstacles quickly and not get wrapped up in why something happened that you didn’t agree with.

What do you offer, which sets you apart from everybody else in the marketplace?

After reading this article, what is your USP?

What we mean by starting with the end in mind is we’re going to be constructing a list-building system to support your end goal.

If your end goal is to get more clients, then obviously your entire system would need to do the job of positioning you as an expert and authority, therefore leading the new prospect toward becoming a client.

In that case, the funnel they might go through would be a capture page, to a video with some good value and a call to action to put in a consultation request.

If on the other hand, your goal was to sell a training program or a video course, you’d probably approach it differently.

You might have a capture page, to a video that educates them on what to do, with an offer for your training program to learn how to do it….

Your goal is going to dictate what your funnel will look like and therefore, it just makes sense to start with the end in mind.

What this means for us is that we’re going to build everything out in reverse order of what you might think it should be created.

Here’s what I mean…

A typical list-building machine looks like this…

You drive traffic to a capture page, where your visitor would opt in and become a lead.

Then they would see an offer for something of value, maybe a video offer for a product, service or even a consultation form if your goal is to get people on the phone.

So a sane and rational person might think we’d start with the capture page first.

Well, that’s not what we’re going to do, because your capture page copy, including the headline, bullets (if any) and call to action is going to be based on the promised value that your prospect is going to get after they enter their information and join your list.

That’s the reason we’re going to start with the offer first, or the lead magnet, or the consultation form, or whatever they will see after they opt in.

For the purpose of building out a funnel, we’re going to use Attraction Marketing Formula.

We already know the purpose of the funnel is to generate leads and to turn those leads into customers by purchasing the Attraction Marketing Formula E-Book.

Since we don’t have control over the sales process for Attraction Marketing Formula, we’ll dig into what we do have control over…

The capture page and the thank you page.

The Thank You Page is the last step in this funnel that we control, so we’ll begin there.

The next step in this process is to record a custom Thank You video.

Go through all of the topics in that section.

Once you start getting leads in your autoresponder, you’ll want to begin communicating with your list at least 3 times per week.

Once your build your list, you can email them announcements like:

• You’re going to be doing a Facebook Live
• You have a new blog post
• If an event is happening that you want to tell them about,
• Any type of offer you want to make.

The possibilities are endless and it’s up to you to choose how often you would like to communicate with them.

Keep in mind, as you write your emails, you are writing to a PERSON, NOT a list. Your emails need to be personal and written authentically. Write to your avatar… not to a group of people.

Your welcome message is one of the most important, if not the most important emails you’ll send.

It’s the very first email they get from you. And you don’t get a second chance to make a great first impression.

Also, because they just opted into your list, and their excitement level is high about hearing from you, this first email gets the most number of people to open it. What you say there, will either have them rolling their eyes and shaking their head OR jumping for joy to see more of you in their inbox. We want to create the latter experience.

It’s incredibly important to put some thought into what you want you want to convey in that Welcome Email.

4. Mention the product – share one or two benefits of the product you’re promoting and have a call to action
5. Leave a cliffhanger in the P.S. (optional) – you can mention what you’re going to talk about in the next email, which will make people eagerly looking forward to it.

After your prospect opts-in and goes through your initial autoresponder sequence, like the 10-day bootcamp for example, you’ll want to continue communicating with them on a regular basis. Daily is best. 3 times a week should be the minimum. Unless they hear from you, they will not think of you.

This is what Broadcast emails are designed to do. Unlike the Autoresponder Emails that are scheduled to be sent automatically when a new subscriber joins your list, Broadcast emails are one-off emails you would send to the entire list.

Go through the Ultimate Email Profit Machine. A complete A-Z course on how to write engaging and riveting emails, and how to best communicate with your list.

Next, create a schedule of what you’re going to write about and how often. If you’re going to write 5 emails a week, Monday – Friday (or even 3 times a week, M-W-F) it’s best to have an email schedule.

For example:

1. Monday – send an email about a blog post
2. Tuesday – send an email about a FB LIVE you’re doing (or did)
3. Wednesday – send an email about some specific benefits of the product you’re promoting (Attraction Marketing Formula, etc.)
4. Thursday – send an email with some tips your prospects will find valuable. (i.e. tips on prospecting, recruiting, getting more people to look at your business, FB post ideas, etc…) Pick a topic and provide 3 to 5 quick tips.
5. Friday – send an inspirational email with a success quote.

This is just an example of what you can do. But what’s important is that you email consistently and ALWAYS have a Call To Action. A Call To Action is telling the reader what you want them to do, like read an article, visit a site, buy something, ect.

And planning a schedule ahead of time, will make it easier to stay on track and have regular emails going out. Inside The Ultimate Email Profit Machine, you’ll find a number of specific examples and step-by-step training on how to properly write these types of emails, and make them super effective.

After your autoresponder is setup, you’ll want to add some content to your pagecreatorpro.com blog.

We recommend getting started by using existing blog posts on the attractionmarketing.com/blog site by copying the post and pasting it into your own blog on pagecreatorpro.com.

Write up a short introduction to the post by writing your own insights that you got from the post and what you got out of it. Just a sentence or 2 will be fine… enough to introduce the post and also give credit to Ferny or the author and to Attraction Marketing.

To locate the latest blog posts, simply to go attractionmarketing.com/blog and click on any post with the category “Attraction Marketing.” Read through some of them and see which ones you get some insights from.

For instructions on how to post to your blog, you can review the “How To Create a Blog Post” article.

How To Create a Blog Post

Once your post is complete, make sure you point any links to your new capture page that is integrated into your Aweber and also ensure any links to any light boxes are linked to the correct Aweber account as well.

Now, you’re ready to send paid ads to your blog and officially take over your funnel!

On average, it takes 7 times for a person to be exposed to your message before they actually take action. In an ad, if they see it, and they don’t click, you’ll need to keep advertising to them until they do click.

What if they click and read your content, but don’t opt-in?

You’ve lost them forever, unless you advertise to that person again.

That’s where re-targeting comes in.

Facebook allows you to place a pixel on your blog so when the person lands on your blog post, you can track them. Once tracked, you can add them into a “custom audience” and advertise to them again. However, you don’t need to send them to content anymore… you can send them directly to your capture page.:) Pretty cool huh?

You’re now ready to get started in launching your own blog that you own – how exciting!

The purpose of owning your own blog on your own server is so you have total and complete control over your business.

As an entrepreneur, you must have ownership of your own business. We’re going to hold your hand through the process and get you off of our server (pagecreatorpro.com) and onto your own server.

A blog on PageCreatorPro.com is a great start, however, you still do not own the blog – you rent the server space and share that space with others.

We’re going to help you take over your entire web property where you’ll be able to scale it as large as you want, add custom plug-ins, and have the ability to create anything you like… it’s your server and your web space. 🙂

The possibilities for creating anything you like are endless.

Let’s get started by selecting your domain…

In a previous section, you were instructed to register either 1 or 2 domains.

For your new website buildout, you’ll need to identify the domain you would like to use.

Again, if you haven’t come up with a brand that you are identifying yourself with then, “workwithYOURNAME.com” will work just fine. 🙂

Just remember that your Facebook Fan Page and everything you do should mention that URL in your brand.

Just make a note of what domain you would like to use and also note where your domain registered.

If you do not already have hosting, we recommend Siteground.

Go to https://elitemarketingpro.com/go/siteground

Hover over “WordPress Services” and click on “WordPress Hosting”.

The “Grow Big” plan is a great start.

When you setup your hosting, be sure to provide the URL you will be using with your website buildout to Siteground. It’s fine if you are already using the URL on another site – that site will not be deleted.

Make a note of your login information as well. You’ll need to provide that in your Website Buildout Questionnaire at the end of this section.

 

This introduction will go on the homepage of your new website.

Think of this as if you’re an elevator with a stranger who asks what you do for a living… you have 30 seconds to respond. –That’s your introduction!

Be sure to answer these three questions:

1) Who You Are?
2) What Do You Do?
3) What benefits / service do you offer to people?

Don’t worry about perfecting the introduction. During the Website Buildout process, our expert copywriters will be sure to review it and provide feedback to make your introduction awesome!

Now is a great time to review your About Me page to make sure it’s ready to go.

Customize Your About Me Page

A tagline / slogan can be a short sentence or it can be 2-4 words that describes you and your business and usually goes on the header of your website at the top, similar to what you’ll see on “KateMcShea.com” or “RayHigdon.com.”

This tagline should tell your visitors 2 things:
1) Whom you help and
2) What you do for them

A simple example would be, “Helping _ Get/Attract/Create __” or something like that.

Some examples would be:

“Helping Network Marketers Take Their Business Online”
“Helping Network Marketers Attract More Prospects & Recruit More Team Members Online”
“DREAM. BUILD. NETWORK”
“Create Success With ….”

Write 10-20 versions of your tagline, similar to the headline writing exercise you viewed earlier. Here’s a link to it again. Don’t censor yourself. Just let your brain come up with ideas and write.

From the 10-20 versions, pick the one you like the best.

Keep all of your ideas in a document and submit ALL your versions with the tagline you like best highlighted or bolded in a document you will submit to your mentor later on.

As soon as you can, preferably before your Website Buildout begins, get professional photos taken.

Headshot and Upper body (waist and above) are highly recommended.

It’s recommended to take different shots as well, it’s your preference, however Headshots and Upper body shots are most commonly used for business marketing purposes

We discussed doing this in an earlier section, so if you haven’t done it yet, now’s the time to get the appointment scheduled!

Most people use the Attraction Marketing Formula Bootcamp on their website buildout. However, if you already have one of your own, we’ll need to know so we can incorporate it into the buildout.

If you’re new though, we recommend sticking with Attraction Marketing Formula.

With the website buildout, you have the option of creating a small Consultation funnel.

This funnel will entail creating a page where you offer your services to Coach / Mentor prospects. This is a great opportunity to generate affiliates, grow your team and generate a following.

If you feel you’re ready for this and would like a “Work With Me” funnel created, please complete this questionnarie. This funnel is not for everyone, if you’re not ready for this phase of your business, you can skip this section.

Once you have all of the tasks complete in the “Website Buildout” section, click here to create a Website Buildout Questionnaire document using google docs.

Now that we have some headline ideas, we can look at all of the other elements of a capture page or an opt-in form overlay/lightbox.

Capture Page vs. Opt-In Form Overlay/Lightbox

We’re going to define the difference between a Capture Page and an Opti-in Form overlay/lightbox:

Capture Page – This is a type of landing page that collects leads for your promotions. The only option on the page is to opt-in to a form.

Here’s an example.

Opt-In Form Overlay/Lightbox – This is a type of form that displays on a page after a user clicks a button. This is best used on blog posts so that the user doesn’t navigate away from the page.

Here’s an example.

Having a PageCreatorPro.com account allows you to build either Capture pages and Opt-In forms on your site.

Now that you have the headline and an understanding of how capture pages work, we’ll go into the structure of the page or opt-in form itself.

You’ll also want to download all of the templates in that section of the course as well!

Now that you have all of these new tools in your toolbox along with some results, you’re ready to present yourself as an expert.

Maybe you’re not generating 500 leads a day like some of the gurus, but that’s OK!

You just have to be a few steps ahead of your prospect.

Consider that your prospect is searching for what you have to offer and has no clue how to get where they want to go.

You are the one that can guide them along the way.

This is where your offer for a free consultation comes in…

In the Website Buildout Process, you were given the option of implementing a consultaiton funnel.

This type of funnel can be constructed using a 2-step process consisting of a capture page offering something for free, like a video, and on the next page delivering the value promised in the video and giving a call to action to sign up for a consultation.

The consultation request form can be right there embedded on the same page, which is our preference, or you can use an external service like Wufoo.com.

After the prospect fills out the form, you can then send them a confirmation page with information about how to schedule their consultation or, you can use a program like ScheduleOnce.com to let them select their appointment directly on the page.

Your Offer

What does someone get by consulting with you? What are the benefits? What makes you different from everyone else?

A prospect needs a compelling offer to get on the phone with you and give you their time. The prospect must feel so compelled to talk to you that they clear their schedule to match yours.

Here’s a flow chart of what a consultation funnel might look like.

There are many ways to structure a consultaiton funnel and this is just one of them. The most important thing to remember is what is the end goal? If the end goal is to simply talk to your potential customers, then structure the funnel so that you get people on the phone or on a video chat.
