Momentum Workshop Registration

Before registering, please note the following:

Attendance is required for all 3 days of the workshop. For Virtual workshops, you are required to be on camera all 3 days (no listen-only mode while at work, vacation, etc.) If you miss Day 1 of the workshop, you forfeit the rest and it counts as one of your allotted program workshops.
Registration will close 2 weeks prior to the workshop.
Cancellations must happen at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop or you will forfeit one of your allotted workshops.
Allow yourself 15 minutes to complete this form.

NOTE: If for some reason you do not qualify to attend the workshop, you will be notified.

DO NOT REGISTER FOR A WORKSHOP IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE QUALIFICATIONS. If you have questions, please get in touch with your mentor to make sure you qualify before registering.

This event is 3 full days, beginning in the morning and concluding in the evening. Start times will be announced prior to the Workshop. If you cannot attend ALL 3 days from start to finish, please do not register. If you cannot be 100% present, with camera on and attentive to the training, you will be removed from the Workshop and lose that as one of your allotted Workshop Trainings.
