A Digital Revolution…
In 2001, Tim Erway began experimenting with a new way building network marketing businesses, which only a handful of underground networkers secretly used to produce some extraordinary results. Having struggled and failed for over a decade to build multiple MLM businesses using traditional methods, Tim managed to convince a couple of these folks to teach him what they were doing.
Soon after, Tim would use these strategies to quickly build a team of over 1,732 people in under 30 days, breaking records for the fastest in company history to build a 6-figure business. Tim's story was published in a home business magazine, which was read by Mike Dillard.
Mike reached out to Tim for mentorship on how to apply these 'new marketing techniques', not just to build his network marketing business, but to start a revolution, as he had already been experimenting with similar concepts, which enabled him to become the #1 income earner in his company soon after.
In 2005, Mike Dillard started the revolution... he started an education company and self published a book, both named “Magnetic Sponsoring”, which disrupted the network marketing profession and ushered in a new era of digital network marketing.
In the Magnetic Sponsoring book, Mike coined the phrase ‘attraction marketing’, to convey the essence of how this was different from how network marketing had been done in the past.

A New Beginning...
In 2006, he joined forces with his mentor, Tim Erway, and became partners in Magnetic Sponsoring.
Together, they helped transform struggling network marketers into 6, 7 and 8-figure success stories and transformed the businesses of already successful network marketers, helping them transition their businesses and brands online.
In 2010, Mike decided to retire from the network marketing industry, and Tim Erway took over the company operations.
One of their earlier students was an MIT educated aerospace engineer, Ferny Ceballos, who had some success building using traditional methods, but no where near good enough to fire his boss.
After learning attraction marketing from Mike & Tim, Ferny was able to quit his job in 2008 and hit 6-figures in his network marketing business in 2009. In 2010, Ferny hosted the first ever live training event, the No Excuses Summit, to bring together many of Mike and Tim's most successful students under one roof and teach attraction marketing to a hungry audience of network marketers.
By 2012, Ferny had built that into a 7-figure event training company for today's modern network marketer, not just sharing the stage with some of the world's most successful network marketers & leaders, but literally building the stage they walked and taught from.

AttractionMarketing.com has expanded its impact and evolved from simply an info & education publishing company into a coaching and mentorship company supporting network marketers worldwide and grew by 700% over the following 4 years. Today, our organization consists of over 50+ team members world wide, all working remotely to support our students, as they transition their businesses fully online.
Since it's founding, AttractionMarketing.com has mentored and helped over 1,000 network marketers build 6, 7 and 8-figure businesses in the home business space with over 90% of leaders who have built their businesses online either being our students, students of our students or the students of our students' students, and so on.
