Top 10 Ways To Be Uber-Successful Inside Your Acceleration Coaching Program
At AttractionMarketing.com, we aim to deliver the absolute best experience possible for you.

Over the last several years, we have paid attention to the behaviors and attitudes of the students that have been the most successful within our programs.

We then put together The Top 10 attitudes, principles, and behaviors that have allowed these students to skyrocket their business to where they set their targets.

Please read them carefully.

Ready? Here we go...
#1: ASK EFFECTIVE AND RELEVANT QUESTIONS
One thing we learned from a mentor of ours and now have all our new team members do is have them study our “Executive Communication” training.

Essentially, how to communicate like an “executive” so that your communication becomes that of a sniper (clean, precise and effective) instead of that of guerilla warfare (messy, chaotic and ineffective).

You can review the Executive Communication training here:

Executive Communication
How To Get More Done In 15 Minutes Than You Get Done In 15 Hours
The reason we do this is because most people have ineffective and wasteful communication. They ask vague questions and/or questions that could have been answered with a simple Google search.

The quality of your communication dictates the quality of your life.

Before asking a question:
#1- Consider using the search bar in our FB group.

#2- Consider Googling or YouTube searching your question in the same way you would ask it in real life. You’d be surprised how useful Google or YouTube is. We use it often ourselves.
If after doing #1 and #2 you still cannot find your answer then proceed to asking it inside of our private Facebook group or on a Group Coaching Call.

Before asking it, however, please keep the following in mind:
Succinct is better than verbose, but please provide all information we might need to understand and answer your question. We are not mind readers.
What is my real question? Hint: Oftentimes the questions we think we need answers to are actually symptoms of a deeper problem we do not want to acknowledge.
What outcome am I looking for? Tell us that. Don’t make someone try to decipher it. This only hurts you.
Let’s not simply identify problems, but bring to the table possible solutions.
If you ask a poor question we will ask you to re-think your question.

You joined us for a reason - to hold you to a higher standard and accelerate your growth in life and business.

Successful entrepreneurs learn how to ask effective questions. Period.
#2 CONSISTENCY WINS
You can either play the short-game or the long-game.

If you want to have true longevity as an entrepreneur we urge you to play the long-game and show up consistently.

Having a week of all out grinding intensity and then a lul’ week because you need to recover means you never truly build momentum.

It’s like trying to roll a boulder up a mountain.

Stopping half way and letting it roll down.

Then repeating and repeating this process until you burn out.

It’s much better to show up each and every day, even if it’s just for an hour, than it is to start and stop.

Our most successful students embody consistency. Do the same.
#3 OPERATE IN ABUNDANCE
Desperation is a place of scarcity and when you act out of scarcity it trickles into every aspect of your business. Your teams sense it. Your customers sense it. There’s no hiding it.

If you are feeling scarce and desperate, it means you are disconnected from your vision. We recommend going through Module 1 of the Acceleration Curriculum to re-align yourself and come from a place of evaluation and calmly seek clarity.
#4 BE NICE. PLAY NICE.
Remember that like attracts like.

How you show up and operate inside of our program are the types of team members or customers you will attract in your own business.

For 90% of our students this is a no-brainer, but you would be surprised ; )

Use the opportunities and resources in front of you at your disposal. Activate their value and don’t be bashful.

Alright, let’s move on...
#5 OPERATE WITH SATISFACTION AND POSITIVITY
Perpetual dissatisfaction is a symptom of not celebrating the small victories and/or comparing yourself to others.

Oftentimes we underestimate what we can accomplish in 12-weeks, but overestimate what we can accomplish in 1-week.

Like scarcity, dissatisfaction is often a symptom of being disconnected from your vision.

If you’re having a hard time communicating your expectations or desires, spend some time in stillness and sit with the dissatisfaction. It’s trying to tell you something, but in order to hear “it” you need to go towards it and not run away from it.
#6: PROVIDE SPECIFIC EXTERNALLY VERIFIABLE DATA
Throughout your Acceleration Coaching Program, you will be asked to complete Problem Sets. These are your assignments that allow you to take action on the skills you are learning and apply them specifically for your business.

You will be provided the opportunity to have the Mentors and your Student Success Manager review your problem sets, but just know we will likely provide limited feedback until it has been deployed in the real world (i.e. on social media). Feedback from the real world trumps all - even us.

Without feedback from the real world the best thing we can do is just make sure you aren’t making any big glaring errors, but we won’t recommend big changes until we see some real world results.

So here is what to do:
#1- Consume the curriculum.

Hint: This does NOT mean consuming the curriculum while multitasking and watching viral videos on your phone. This means setting your phone in Airplane mode, having a conversation with your family that you are going into” learn” mode for the next hour, and concentrating with full attention on what is being taught. Be a present and active participant in the trainings…If you are “half in” expect “half results”.

#2- Implement what is taught in the curriculum (aka do your problem sets) and let’s get it implemented in your business.  Consuming information and “preparing to prepare” does NOT move the needle in your business.  Take action on what you are learning, even if it feels “messy”.  (Afterall, you can’t learn from the mistakes you do not make!)

#3- Then, come to us and submit for a HOT SEAT review with the mentors with real world data, whenever possible.
Here’s an example:

"Hey Dream Team! Yesterday I dropped my apology post for the launch of my Facebook group. It received only 10 likes and 2 comments. It didn’t perform as well as I hoped.

Here is the copy:

<INSERT COPY>

What insights can you, or someone else in the community who’s successfully launched a group, provide?

My initial thoughts are maybe I am not digging deep enough into the problems and fears of my target market."

#7 LEARN, APPLY, AND USE THE TECHNOLOGY WE TEACH
When it comes to recommendations on technology, strategies ,and tactics, understand that we would never recommend you do or use something we are not actively using ourselves.

The time spent debating, aka procrastinating, is better utilized by implementing. Whatever we teach is taught because we’ve proven it to work with consistency with ourselves and our students. We test a myriad of other technologies, strategies and tactics before settling on what we’re teaching you.

Again, you invested into the “Acceleration Coaching Program” for a reason - to hold you to a higher standard and accelerate your growth in life and business. This involves trust. Trust that we understand can be scary to give at times, but it is a necessary step for your success.

Trust doesn’t mean blindly following our guidance until the end of time, but it does mean first implementing what we teach to establish a baseline.

Once this baseline is established, you can then experiment tailoring what we teach to the nuances of your own business and personality. Trying to do so before establishing a baseline, however, is foolish and often results in unnecessary wasted time, frustration and failure.
#8 BE RESPECTFUL OF THE TEAM
Within our support hours (outlined in #5), we will do everything we can to support you. As you do not want to create a business where you are on your computer or phone from the moment you wake up to the second you go to bed 7-days a week...neither do we.

In fact, if we did this, we would be out of integrity. You invested into our programs to help you build a business that serves you and not one that makes you a servant.

When we work, we work diligently.

When we’re not working, we’re not working.

We recommend you set boundaries in your own business as well, as your teams grow.

All of this transitions perfectly into…
#9 UNDERSTAND THE SUPPORT GUIDELINES
We clearly communicate support measures so there aren't misunderstandings or confusion in the program agreement document you signed.

Here they are again:

#1- You hereby agree that you have fully consented that Acceleration is not a done-for-you or one-on-one program. Acceleration is a group coaching program and therefore you are not guaranteed individualized support from Ferny and Tim or our team members, subsidiaries, service providers and agents, aside from what is outlined in your agreement.

#2- You agree that you are paying for an online course (the Acceleration core curriculum) and limited time access to our Coaching Program, which includes group coaching support through our group coaching zoom classes, Slack and Student Success Manager Support and our private Facebook group.

(Check your Program End in the pinned post in your slack channel)

#3- AttractionMarketing.com offices are open from 9am to 5pm EST Monday to Friday. Our offices are closed for United States federal Holidays. Support from the AttractionMarketing.com team, including Ferny and Tim, outside of the Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST should be considered a bonus and not an expectation.

We do not provide support outside of our group coaching zoom classes, Slack, limited check in calls with your Student Success Manager, Facebook group and any additional calls specified in your agreement.

Although Acceleration is a group coaching program that includes limited 1-on-1 support, Ferny and Tim care about the success of their students. They strive to underpromise and overdeliver in everything they do.

Understand it’s in our best interest to see you succeed with our material because more valuable than your investment, is your positive testimony we hope to someday receive from you.
#10 SHOW UP AS A LEADER
The idea of “hand holding” is a dangerous idea because it presupposes you want someone else to be the leader and decision maker in your business. When you think about it, this defeats the very purpose of becoming an entrepreneur in the first place.

Ferny and Tim do not and will not hand-hold.

Neither will your Student Success Manager or the Mentors.

Put another way we do not give you fish….

...we teach you how to fish and provide wise counsel through our support channels.

Ultimately, however, your business and the results you experience in this program is your responsibility.

***

Most of this is common sense, but just because it’s common sense doesn’t mean it’s common practice. For easy to do - is easy not to do.

If you study and implement these ways to be uber-successful, you will supercharge the results you experience in our programs.

We are looking forward to playing a small role in your entrepreneurial journey!
