Hey friends! I am about to hit the 1 year mark with Attraction Marketing and thought I would share with you a little bit about my journey.
Why? Because I've been getting so much value, growing, accomplishing big things, and having a blast!
Most recently I rolled out a duplication training system for brand new teammates in my NWM business.
This system has accelerated the training process to get brand new recruits trained and making sales independently from their trainers!
So far, it has been so successful that a big chunk of my upline's organization is using it!
Why? Because I've been getting so much value, growing, accomplishing big things, and having a blast!
Most recently I rolled out a duplication training system for brand new teammates in my NWM business.
This system has accelerated the training process to get brand new recruits trained and making sales independently from their trainers!
So far, it has been so successful that a big chunk of my upline's organization is using it!
I was even asked to announce and train on it at our leadership school this past April in front of 2,000+ teammates!
So how did AMF help me with this?
After completing Acceleration, not only do I feel completely confident in my abilities to attract my perfect prospects to me, I have gained the confidence to really treat myself like a true business owner and team leader. Heck, I even gave a great presentation on the big stage because I grew my public speaking confidence through doing lives on my business page! (another skill you will learn here 😉
I really took every aspect of the curriculum to heart. From mindset training, being curious and trying different things, and even modeling my own training roadmap after the structure of the EMP roadmap.
Not only did I learn from what we were taught in the trainings but I observed HOW the trainings were being delivered to us and how our leaders are building a positive and supportive community!
They are modeling the type of leader that I want to be with my team! They are modeling the systems that I want to put in place for my own business!
So, I just want to thank the coaches and leaders for the amazing job they are doing in teaching, supporting and encouraging us to take ownership and really build our businesses professionally.
